This class is a faster paced class. Less basic instruction is given. Students should have knowledge of poses like Downward Facing Dog, Triangle and balancing poses such as Balancing Half-Moon. Also experience with Sun Salutations is needed. Meditation is usually given at end of class.
Call soon to register for classes as they fill up fast! I can only register you for the ones held at Journey II Health. All others you have to call directly to the above organizations to register.
You will need a yoga sticky mat for all classes (NOT a padded exercise/Pilates mat), water, blanket or jacket to cover up with for final relaxation. For the Senior/Beginner class you may want to bring a firm pillow to sit on. For all classes you may want to bring 1-2 blocks and a strap. Students should wear comfortable, stretchy clothing for freedom of movement.
If you have questions about where to purchase equipment, etc, feel free to email me.
